Like everybody, we are all greatly saddened to hear of the recent passing of Johnny Dickinson. We were actually totally & utterly gutted. Sorry if it has taken awhile to put anything up. Johnny was a truly wonderful & well respected musician & equally just a wonderful man. A real gentle giant. He played at Jumping Hot club since the very early days & we shared many treasured moments. He was the last person to play the cellar down in Bridge Hotel & one of the first to play at Live Theatre for us. Even though his health hasn’t been great the Jumping Hot door was always open for him . We were over the moon when he turned up at our Country Cantina to play a couple years ago & someone said it was worth the full money just to hear Johnny play. Our deep thoughts to Debs who’s been a pillar for him & his family.
