We wanted something special for our Jumpin Hot Club show back at Cluny2. So we asked if singer/songwriter Kathryn Williams was up for doing “An Evening With “ and her agent (Nigel) said yes … good old Nigel
It’s been quite some time since Kathryn has played a full show for us & we are so embarrassed, not only as Kath’s a local resident but also a truly gifted, talented and some what acclaimed songwriter.
Kathryn Williams has had eleven full-length albums under her own name (and more with various side-projects) since her debut LP, Dog Leap Stairs, was released in 1999. From the breakthrough success of her Mercury Prize nominated Little Black Numbers album all the way to her Sylvia Plath tribute project and 2017’s Greatest Hits collection.
Recently she also released a full anthology box set & has had her debut novel ‘The Ormering Tide’ published to enthusiastic reviews.
This show will be limited capacity with group seating.
